Tudor World museum is a living text book that provide a visually stimulating interpretation of the Tudor World.
The museum provides workshop and tours based on the New Curriculum in a fun, interactive, educational way.

Who are we?
We are a dedicated team that loves history! We believe history makes a greater impact on young people if you keep it fun and interactive (and a little bit gory!) We are LOtC approved.
How much is it?
The cost per pupil is £10 (including VAT). Teachers are free on usual ratio.
Capacity?
We have a minimum number of 20 and a maximum number of 60 on a full day.

Who is it suitable for?
The programme is suitable for KS2/3 and has a variety of ‘days’ to choose from: The Tudor Day (which cover all aspects of Tudor life), the Shakespeare Day and the Crime & Punishment Day.
What is included
Included in the price are:
- Costume characters, who will guide the workshops and tours
- Free place to eat packed lunches
- Free risk assessment
- Free lesson plan
What is not included
Not included:
- Travel expenses (such as a coaches or train fare)
- Lunches (please bring pack lunch)
- Entry to Shakespeare’s grave
- Dressing up

Whats a day like?
The day starts at 10am with introductions; workshops and tour of the museum. After lunch (which can be taken in the ‘theatre’ area), Shakespeare will take the group on a tour of Stratford upon Avon! The day finishes at approximately 3pm.

Museum tour
The museum has recreations of different aspect of Tudor life (a throne room; four poster bed; feast; life on board ship; school room; witch cottage; tavern; march; plague cottage etc); with sounds and atmospheric lighting.
